Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in program management, analytics, strategy, data science, or product development. - 5 years of people management experience. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading and developing large teams of cross-functional leaders, analysts, and data scientists within a complex, matrixed organization. - Technical proficiency in people analytics, data science, and scaled architecture. - Experience leading complex organizational change and "ticketless" AI transformations, shifting operating models from reactive support to proactive employee care using agentic workflows. - Experience overseeing large-scale functional integrations, data infrastructure projects, HRDU migrations, and building centralized data governance for complex operational environments. - Ability to manage complex portfolios that address multi-dimensional business barriers, specifically targeting Cost to Serve (CTS) and Cost Per Hire (CPH) reductions.
