Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): PROCESSING TECHNICIAN: WORKING TITLE: Human Resources Processing Technician-Retirement: SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Human Resources-Salary and Information Systems: LOCATION: Crossroads III, Cary, NC: PAY GRADE: Noncertified Grade 23: FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends) Position is available for a hybrid telework workweek POSITION PURPOSE: Serves as the initial contact for retirement inquiries from employees. Responds to phone calls and emails from employees who need information pertaining to retirement and provides customer service to those who visit the office. Ensures employees gain an understanding of the necessary steps needed to retire. Provides clerical support for Human Resources-Salary and Information Systems administrators.
