Education: - High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience / Qualifications: - 2-4 years of healthcare experience in the outpatient setting. - Knowledge of outpatient procedures and medical terminology required. - Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and computer skills. - Ability to exercise good judgment, time management skills and follow appropriate procedures when setting priorities and handling stressful situations. - Knowledge of Healthcare Scheduling Software preferred.
