TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: Import Export Compliance Coordinator Position Summary: This position will report to the International Compliance Manager. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills who has experience in US import and export Compliance. The Import Export Compliance Coordinator will review and process the day-to-day import export activities to ensure compliance with US Import and Export regulations. This position requires timely interaction with Customs Brokers, as well as frequent interaction with Purchasing and Customer Service. Requirements: - Perform daily review of Safariland Entry Summary documents to ensure accuracy. - Coordinate with buyers to resolve valuation discrepancies - Coordinate with International Customer Service to correctly import returned goods - Maintain records as required by law - Prepare quarterly import/export reports, as required. - Daily review of Import Compliance mailbox to answer/resolve any requests for information - Daily review of shipments, pending import, to detect and resolve any issues - Preparation of Pro Forma invoice, when needed - Preparation of Foreign Shippers and Importers declarations pursua...
