This position also arranges, prepares and break downs their station while maintaining the uppermost hygienic standards. Lead Line Cooks report to the Front of House Manager, Bar Manager, and Regional Manager and are expected to work in tandem with other Line Cooks and the rest of the back of house staff. Core Duties & Responsibilities: ● Maintain a strong sense of ownership of entire culinary offerings provided by Close Company ● Maintenance of adequate prep to execute service and full menu on a nightly basis ● Execute Culinary offerings with a high level of precision and care ● Report product needs to Front of House Manager ● Assist Culinary management in all special projects, kitchen operations and menu development ● Act as a point of contact for the Close Company kitchen ● Assist training...
