This Opportunity WSP USA is seeking Lead Structural Engineers for our National Aviation Business Line in Denver, Colorado ! Provides senior-level structural engineering leadership for aviation, transportation, and complex building projects, supporting planning, design, and construction from concept through completion. This role emphasizes building structural systems, interdisciplinary coordination, and technical delivery for terminals, hangars, service buildings, and other special-use facilities. The position involves hands-on analysis and design, project execution leadership, proposal support, and mentoring of junior engineers while ensuring quality, constructability, and client satisfaction. Your Impact: Develop efficient, constructable gravity and lateral systems that respond to site constraints, airfield restrictions, seismic and wind demands, and owner requirements. Apply advanced analysis methods, modeling techniques, and engineering judgment to solve complex design challenges.
