ROLE PURPOSE: This position will provide casework and clinical support to residents of Connective’s programs in order to enhance their quality of life, to ensure the orderly and safe operation of the facility, and to maintain the goals of the counselling and/or rehabilitative plans. Connective is seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual who will provide supportive care and assist in daily living activities of clients in accordance with client’s care plan. STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION: Unionized. This position is open to applicants of all genders. HOURS: Day: 0800 - 1600 Evening: 1600 - 0000 Overnight: 0000 - 0800 Casual employees must be available for at least 21 shifts per month. If you are working full-time, or if you are a full-time student, we ask you for 15 shifts of availability.
