Role Summary: Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) is a critical role managing the full Talent Acquisition life cycle across all corporate functions within Hyundai Motor Europe. The successful candidate will deliver through both search and selection, high quality candidates, to meet organizational requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across Europe, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the process from initial briefing, sourcing, interviews and assessments to offer management. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also assume responsibility for key projects, leading process improvement initiatives to deliver a Talent Acquisition center of excellence.
