Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Mobile Maintenance Superintendent at our Leeville underground operations. Responsibilities: Implementation of Leeville Underground’s equipment asset maintenance strategy to ensure sound maintenance practices. Establish and implement plans, policies, and procedures which extend the useful life of existing equipment. Optimize preventive existing maintenance plans and programs thereby reducing downtime related to equipment. Ensure all equipment performance targets and work management KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved within the constraints of the maintenance budget. Effectively promote, deploy, and comply with all Safety & Health and Environmental policies, standards, procedures, and regulations across the Mobile Maintenance department. Develop annual budgets, prepare and submit capital budget, participate in incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented and tracked.
