Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Cybersecurity SME - Lead. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Seven years IT experience. Five Years Information Assurance experience. Demonstrated experience working independently, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Extensive hands-on experience applying advanced technical concepts and methodologies to mission-critical work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving security issues. Hands-on experience performing cybersecurity evaluations, risk analysis, and compliance assessments. Strong knowledge of RMF. Knowledge and understanding of Department of Defense security regulations, DISA STIGs. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
