Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Greets guests in a warm and sincere manner - Monitors the pool area and enforces the rules and regulations - Sets-up and organizes the pool deck furniture and equipment - Issues and collects pool towels and maintains towel inventory - Provides detailed information about Mohegan Sun, its property and the surrounding area to the guests - Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including the restrooms Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Contacts Security immediately during emergency situations - Assists the Food and Beverage staff, as needed - Assists the Spa staff, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: - High Scho...
