Description Position Overview: The Pepperdine University School of Nursing invites applications for clinical and tenure-track faculty appointments to support its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Entry-Level Master’s Degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Leader (ELM-CNL) programs. Candidates must demonstrate a profound commitment to pedagogical excellence and student success. Preferred candidates will possess a documented record of effective instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Specialization and Expertise: The School seeks expertise in the following domains: pathopharmacology, adult medical/surgical, pediatrics, gerontology, obstetrics, behavioral/mental health, community/population health, and clinical foundations/reasoning. Substantial clinical experience and direct patient care expertise in one or more of these areas are mandatory. Appointment Details: Following admission of the inaugural cohorts of students in Fall 2025 and January 2026, these full-time, in-person positions will commence on August 1, 2026, at the Malibu and Calabasas campuses.
