Liaisons with client’s family members, significant others, community agencies, payers of health care services, and others, as assigned by supervisor. POSITION PURPOSE: The RN/LPN is responsible for completing assigned nursing related services to each client and for linking clients to the physicians and to outside medical resources. They inform the clinical team about medical issues and is available for emergency medical situations.
