Overview: We are seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor, sometimes referred to as our Clinical Nurse Supervisor or Clinical House Supervisor. The Clinical RN Supervisor will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient clinical operations across the entire hospital. The Clinical RN Supervisor is the administrative representative of hospital leadership when management is off-site. The RN House Supervisor will ensure that staffing, patient care, crisis response, and interdepartmental coordination are handled without interruption.
