We manage subscription billing, usage-based charges, marketplace transactions, multiple credit structures, and a wide range of payment terms across thousands of customers. This role sits at the center of it all. As a Billing Specialist on the Revenue Operations team, you'll own and run core billing operations — processing payments, resolving billing discrepancies, generating invoices, managing credits, and ensuring our customers are billed accurately and on time.
