Make An Impact: Fossil Group is looking for a Planner 2 to manage the leathers category planning for the Fossil brand. This Planner will develop global assortment plans and manage demand forecast to ensure proper inventory flow and management of merchandise to meet sales objectives. This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Requirements: - Develop global assortment plans and set sku targets and manage sku counts - Build and manage annual, quarterly, monthly sales forecast by product category - Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance and merchandising to develop forecast bottoms up/tops down - Forecast demand shipments monthly by sku - Assist in managing key metrics (sales, returns, markdowns/on order and margins) - Work closely and communicate with Brand team and Product team to assist in the selection/planning process of product/merchandise on a SKU level - Assist in determining liquidated product and exit strategy for stock - Work with Supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise - Build and maintain various reports to assist in meeting sales objectives - Ad hoc special p...
