This position may be performed remotely; however, candidates must reside within Montana. This will be a temporary position. Position Summary: The Compensation Analyst administers Bozeman Health's compensation plan and will have primary responsibility for completing salary surveys, evaluating current positions and determining wage scales, and scoring candidates and positions. Works collaboratively with HR leadership to ensure that the compensation program supports both short and long term business objectives and continues to be competitive and cost effective. Works with Bozeman Health Medical Group (BHMG) leadership to assist with salary data for providers as requested. Partners with HR team to audit compensation and data accuracy within HRIS, makes corrections/changes as needed with appropriate documentation, provides compensation-related reports as requested, and assists managers, employees, and HR team members with report running out of various HR systems.
