Schedule Information: Will determine based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours: Monday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Wednesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Maximum Hours Per Week : 19 Duties of Position: The Student Engagement Student Aide serves as the first point of contact for students, employees and community members contacting the Student Engagement staff. Student Aides must be able to provide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, and through written/virtual communication. Additional duties include helping the office with special projects, working student events, having a strong understanding of the opportunities for students to engage with clubs and organizations. Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer).
