Location Elanora Heights, NSW, Australia Role Purpose: The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: This group SIL home in Elanora Heights is home to 4 clients. Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours. These clients are very activity-oriented and love swimming at the local beach pool and CPA's hydrotherapy facilities! Role Overview: This 20-hour per week, permanent part-time role is based out of one of CPA's SIL houses in Elanora Heights . As a Disability Support Worker within a CPA SIL home, your role is focused on providing support to clients in a domestic setting (in the home).
