Overview Join our team to lead new and innovative projects in support of Vermont's Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program! The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) is seeking leaders with experience designing, implementing, and reporting on projects and programs to support this new statewide initiative. Successful candidates will provide leadership and direction of analytical, advisory, coordination and evaluation work at an expert professional level to develop and successfully execute new programs, projects and initiatives designed to advance the objectives of the Vermont RHT Program. Duties include leading, planning, directing, developing, managing and monitoring multiple concurrent complex, large-scale projects. This position will be responsible for ensuring project roles, responsibilities, deliverables and outcomes are clearly defined, assigned, monitored and successfully completed within time and budget parameters and in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
