Wood is currently sourcing Expression of Interest applications for an upcoming Construction Manager position to be located in North East England. Please note this is not a live position. This is a key position across established client sites and facilities within the Teesside Area. This role would be leading the Construction team ensuring project scope is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards for high-profile clients. The Role: As the Construction Manager, you will manage and lead a team of construction staff to develop project execution strategies, path of construction and the project specific construction documentation and deliverables, including Constructability Reviews, Construction Methodologies and associated Risk Assessment or HAZCON. Support and ensure collaboration with discipline managers and interfaces with other departments. Support estimating and development of robust project estimates and execution schedules.
