About the Opportunity: Software Developer for Dayforce US Inc., Minneapolis, MN. Position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States. Work as part of Dayforce Product Development team to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role supports Dayforce’s Hyperscale Payroll Application, a high-stakes initiative designed to support payroll for over 1 million employees per client—the most scalable payroll solution in the world. Responsibilities: Requirements: Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent, or related field, and four years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Automation Test Engineer, or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two years of post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. - Drive the project, actively shaping its technical foundation, component structure, and architectural direction in alignment with business scalability and performance goals. - Play a key technical role in core module development—owning the design, development, and optimization of foundational services and reusable componen...
