About this role We’re seeking an experienced West Region Commercial HVAC Service Sales Leader to lead a team of sales managers and sales professionals focused on growing our CHVAC lifecycle solutions offerings, which’ll contribute to the growth and success of Carrier Service and enable Carrier to continue to differentiate themselves as a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. Reporting to the Director of North America Field Service , the West CHVAC Service Sales Leader position will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of sales strategies and programs for all sales manager's and a salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Achieve financial goals through a mixture of attaining Line of Business orders, revenue, and profitability targets across Service Repairs, Service Agreements, and Mods & Controls Projects Establish strategic action plans and sales targets for respective sales markets, reviewing progress with local sales management on a continuous basis to ensure resources are utilized effectively through alignment to territories, customers, and focused-selling roles Demonstrate an aptitude for productive sales management coaching sessions with each m...
