JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Associate: The Production Associate will work with other team members throughout all departments to perform excellent work and continuously improve. The job will consist primarily of working in a shop floor environment to manufacture, package, and move product in multiple production cells. Work may include operating machinery and recording production data. Reports to: Production Manager: Key Roles: - Work to standard : Perform work to standards for safety, quality, and time while identifying abnormalities. - Organize work area : Maintain and improve organization and cleanliness of work area. - Help solve problems : Support the team in solving problems for customers and improving processes. - Routine minor maintenance : Regular care and adjustment of tools and equipment. - Provide value to internal and external customers - Create and pursue self-development plan - Other duties as needed : Job duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time and may include potential transfers to other departments and local facilities.
