DAP has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic at our Baltimore Plant! Our associates enjoy competitive pay in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant. The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the opening is for either of the following shifts: 3rd shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) 4th shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am) Overtime is available/required. Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week! If you work all three 12 hours days on the weekend shifts, you receive a shift bonus of an additional 4 hours pay.
