The Grove en Español Ministry Coordinator is a crucial part of our mission to reach the local Spanish speaking community for Christ. The Coordinator works closely with The Grove En Español Pastor focusing on developing volunteers, communication and organization. Proactivity, follow-through, and a heart for the Spanish-speaking community are critical to success in this position. Reports to: The Grove en Español Pastor Works with: Spanish Ministry leadership and volunteers; Outreach staff; Communication and Office staff Works: Full time, approximately 40 hours per week; exempt (Sundays mandatory) ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT – 50%: Serve as primary point of contact for The Grove en Español Ministry emails, phone calls, etc. Organize and schedule weekly meetings and appointments. Manage church database and track key ministry metrics such as attendance, engagement, and volunteer involvement. Oversee onboarding process for new volunteers.
