Under supervision of the Manager, serves as an integral member of the health care team by performing patient care assignments, scheduling, clerical functions, and unit maintenance functions for the Ambulatory Treatment Unit. Must be computer literate with good keyboarding skills. Under minimal supervision and with accuracy, performs scheduling for patient appointments. Supports Registration staff with the intake process for new referrals as necessary. Manages the phone and fax systems efficiently and demonstrates the ability to multi-task effectively. Ensures excellent customer service to internal and external customers. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be able to maintain this schedule throughout the year. This is not a summer only position. Pay Range: $16.88 - $23.64 per hour Employment Type: Part time, 40 hours every 2 weeks. Schedule: 7:30am-5:30p Tuesday / Thursday. No weekends or holidays.
