Description Purpose of Position: The Rubber Molding Production Technician supports efficient and consistent operations within the Rubber Molding Department. This position performs all responsibilities of a Rubber Molding Production Associate while also carrying out advanced technical duties, including equipment operation, changeovers, basic maintenance, and training new employees. The Technician helps ensure product quality, supports troubleshooting activities, and promotes safe work practices. This role contributes to departmental success through strong communication, teamwork, technical skill, and continuous improvement.
