Job Title: Client Support Advisor: Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom: Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days working from the office Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (1 year) Purpose of the Role: You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, the person who turns questions into solutions and positive experiences. If you enjoy solving problems and building relationships, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make a difference. You’ll support both internal and external clients, handling a wide range of queries and taking real ownership of issues through to resolution and helping to deliver a seamless, professional, and high-quality client experience.
