Job description

The role of a Busperson, you will be essential in supporting the Servers and staff to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include efficiently clearing tables of soiled china, flatware, glassware, and utensils, as well as assisting servers with the delivery of non-alcoholic beverages. By helping to reset tables and performing various tasks, you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Your contributions are vital to ensuring that service remains at a high level within your assigned station. Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s, and encourages others to do the same. Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees. Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
