Job description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced M&A Associate to join our growing Munich-based investment banking team. Our team structure is built on flat hierarchies, with all members of the team involved in all aspects of investment banking, from origination to execution. Associates are expected to take a leading role in the deal team, with no restraint on access to clients. As a result, Associates in the team can expect to be ahead of their peers in involvement in deals and business development, thereby quickly enhancing their existing industry-specific expertise and skill sets.: Tasks: - Evaluate and supervise the building of sector/company specific valuations and financial models (DFC, LBO, etc.), for both origination and execution projects - Oversee and manage the production of marketing materials, pitches, and transaction documents (teasers, IMs, management presentations etc.) - Develop target lists and identify potential transaction opportunities - both buy-side and sell-side – as part of the ongoing origination process, led by senior bankers - Navigate M&A and private placement processes, with direct responsibility to act as a Project Manager for the execution, supported by a te...
