Department : Operations Reports To : Restaurant Management: FLSA Status : Non-Exempt: Nature and Scope of Position: Demonstrates a passion to serve by providing a supply of clean dishware, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils to ensure timely and proper guests service. Essential Functions: - Sort, scrape, rinse, wash dishware, flatware, and kitchen cooking utensils in a timely manner. - Maintain stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cook’s line. - Exhibit integrity in all actions by meeting company standards in appearance, grooming, security, and sanitation. Always shows up in a clean apron, clean shirt, clean pants, and non-slip shoes. - Wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans. - Dispose of trash into outside dumpster and clean trash cans. - Complete opening and/or closing duties. - Maintain a safe and clean working area. - Assist management with receiving and storing food items and supplies. - Maintain exterior building including cleaning sidewalks, landscaping and parking lots. - Demonstrates respect for all individuals by cleaning and stocking bus service areas and guest restrooms consistently. - Enthusiastically acknowledge guests with the company’s five-f...
