POSITION SUMMARY: - The Concrete Construction Program Director serves as the senior on-site executive responsible for the overall leadership and success of large, complex, multi-building campus projects performed by self-perform concrete teams. This role is designed for an experienced concrete construction leader with 15+ years of industry experience who can operate with broad authority, make real-time executive decisions, and lead both project and field teams through demanding, high-value assignments. - This position is expected to function as the top operational leader on site for the concrete scope, ensuring that every phase of work is executed safely, profitably, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
