Description SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION Project Manager — Kansas City, MO (HQ) Full-Time | W-2 | Draw Against Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential Compensation Note : This is a W-2 draw against commission position. A guaranteed draw of $15,080 annually is provided while you build your pipeline. Commission rates are 35% on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads. As your commission earnings grow, they offset and ultimately replace the draw — giving you a strong income floor while you work toward uncapped earning potential.
