Overview Position Summary: The ability to assemble various product and troubleshoot product assembled as needed. Responsibilities: KEY TASKS: - Communicate and work well with all levels of the organization. - Correctly assemble product. - Be a team player and effectively motivate associates to do their best. - Require minimal guidance from supervision and be self-motivated. - Ensure 6S housekeeping standards are maintained. - Troubleshoot non-conforming product. - Understand operations and set-up of all assembly equipment. Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma and 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience. - Capable of performing most assembly jobs proficiently. - Maintain an exceptional attendance/performance record. - Able to correctly use micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices as required. - Work safely as a condition of hire and employment PREFFERED: - A flexible work schedule. - Use moderate judgment to plan and perform work
