Sample Coordinator

Industrial Color, a division of CoCreativ, is looking for an experienced Sample Coordinator, to oversee all merchandise on site in our Tribeca Studio. The Sample Coordinator will be the point of contact for oversight of the merchandise workflow and responsible for the execution of a streamlined approach. The variety of product that comes into our studio requires a detail obsessed partner on our production team to take the lead of the sample organization with a consistent approach to all samples, all clients, all productions. The Ideal candidate will have experience in sample management, merchandising, eCommerce production or styling with propensity for detail, process and organization. Responsibilities: - Receiving all product - Shotlist / Merchandise List oversight for required info - Shot List Ingestion - Check in / Check Out / Digital Track all stages of the merchandise - Flag Any Issues with product pre and post production (missing, damaged, etc) - Unpack, Prep Product for set (Steam, Rack, Unbox) - Print and Tag Merchandise - Unpack, Pack for appropriate, timely Return - Schedule returns (w/ client or producer) - Oversee Merchandise Rooms (Shared and Client Designated) - Be th...
