DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Human Resources Specialist at our Corporate HQ in Olathe, Kansas who will work primarily with benefits administration . Qualifications: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in HRIS - Educate employees on company benefits and answer benefit related questions - Manage new hire and open enrollment process - Assist with life events - Review and create benefit training materials - Additional responsibilities as required - Bachelor’s degree preferred. Some previous experience in HR or benefits administration is ideal.
