WHAT OUR GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISORS DO: Our Guest Service Supervisors oversee daily park operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and an exceptional Guest experience. You’ll lead team members, enforce park policies, and maintain operational excellence through planning and communication. A GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR’S DAY-TO-DAY: - Assist the Park Manager in overseeing operational functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Direct and supervise location activities and team members as assigned. - Conduct daily facility inspections, including all Guest areas, to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. - Ensure that the location opens on time, operates efficiently, and closes properly. - Maintain records in the manager’s daily log, documenting weather, inspe...
