Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring facility equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly. The Maintenance Engineer will provide maintenance, electric and engineering services and support at all St Croix Regional Medical Center locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 2. Perform general building maintenance tasks. 3. Perform basic grounds maintenance activities. 4. Other duties as assigned. - Manage organization preventive and corrective maintenance. - 1.1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for fire and life safety systems - 1.2. Respond to alarms including trouble, fire and supervisory alarms on system panels - 1.3. Complete required drills including reports - 1.4. Respond to alarms per fire response plan - 2.1. Oversee operation of HVAC system ensuring proper control sequence and minimal energy consumption; log inconsistent operations and make corrections as needed - 2.2.
