As a Cataract Refractive Manager on our Surgical team, you will be trusted to accelerate adoption and deliver exceptional outcomes for premium and base intraocular lens (IOL) technologies by combining strong clinical acumen with practice‑development support. In this role a typical day will include: - Participate in the formulation of national launch strategies for new products and serve to orchestrate regional tactical execution. - Deliver new approved products’ presentations after launch, to ensure education and knowledge of customers and support AMs’ selling process. - Educate and train physicians, clinical personnel, including OR staff on Alcon ATIOL and base lenses to ensure a successful outcome for the patient.
