Job Description The Corrections Inmate Worker prepares food items in accordance with OP-X production requirements. Assists with production activities as directed by Aramark Supervisors. Performs various duties in accordance with Aramark sanitation standards. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. - Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and prep lists according to OP-X standards. - Implement accurate food handling procedures. - May be a lead in the storeroom / warehouse - Maintain accurate inventory levels - May help ensure accurate pulls - Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure the stations are accurately cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift.
