Staff Accountant

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Financial Reporting & Consolidation team. This role supports the preparation of internal and external financial reports, SEC filings, and the global consolidation process for a publicly traded company. This position offers strong exposure to the Company’s financial reporting processes and SEC reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, a high level of attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a public company environment. JOB DUTIES: - Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. - Support the drafting, input into reporting tool (Workiva) and tie-out of financial statements and footnote disclosures. Perform detailed footnote support schedules and ensure consistency and accuracy of reported information. - Support the global consolidation and reporting process, including data collection, validation, and reporting for multiple domestic and international entities. - Help monitor consolidation system outputs and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data. - Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close...
