About the role We’re looking for a Senior WHS Advisor – Real Estate to join our team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on, high-impact role partnering with operations, development and asset teams to drive strong safety outcomes across complex, customer-facing environments. You’ll be out in the assets, working closely with stakeholders, identifying risks, and embedding practical, fit-for-purpose safety solutions. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll influence safety across a complex retail and real estate portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams, gaining exposure across both on-the-ground operations and corporate environments.
