The work: IQM is looking for a Quantum Engineer (Experiment) to join our Coherence team, focusing on characterizing and improving the coherence of superconducting qubits—one of the key performance drivers of quantum processors. In this role, you will work hands-on with quantum devices, performing measurements, analyzing results, and contributing to the development of new protocols for identifying and mitigating noise mechanisms. Your work will directly support IQM’s technology roadmap and improve the performance of next-generation quantum processors.
