Job Summary: The Zone Manager (ZM) position is accountable for all visual merchandising and conditioning aspects of the business at the store level and executes the Company’s business objectives, ensures customer satisfaction, and maximizes sales. The ZM leads and manages the Zone Lead team to maintain a neat, clean, and safe store, provide an inviting and engaging environment for our customers to shop and our team members to enjoy work. The ZM achieves success by providing problem-solving resources, managing staff, and working collaboratively with the Store Director.
