Otis is seeking a self-motivated Controls Engineer to support the overall manufacturing process through the ownership of PLC/HMI/Robot programming, and troubleshooting. This person will be responsible for the implementation of engineering changes and assisting various departments with the implementation of new tools and processes and required training. On a typical day you will: Support the plant in all aspects of the electrical maintenance troubleshooting using PLC and robot programming skills and a thorough understanding of the machines sequence of operations. Support the new equipment design reviews when required to review the status of the machine design and provide input in reference to the plant's specifications and good design practice.
