Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Real Estate, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience leading negotiations within the real estate, capital projects, infrastructure or data center industries. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling teams of executive experts, with a focus on fostering a culture of negotiation excellence and business development. - Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Public Policy, to drive clarity in ambiguous regulatory environments. - Experience cultivating high-level relationships with government bodies, utility providers, data center/real estate providers, and regulatory agencies to advance infrastructure agendas. - Experience presenting recommendations and market intelligence to executive leadership, clearly articulating risks and bottom-line impacts. - Knowledge of the European energy sector and data center market dynamics.
