Job description

A Manager is a strategic contributor and trusted client partner with strong expertise in real-world evidence (RWE), consulting delivery, and project leadership. The role is responsible for managing multiple client engagements across pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high scientific and operational standards. The Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients, driving collaboration, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. In addition to overseeing project execution, the role contributes to operational planning, cross-functional coordination, business development support, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced consulting environment. Managing multiple RWE and strategic consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, scientific quality, and client satisfaction.
