SUMMARY: Theater Engagement and Regional Expertise Instructor to support the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1st SFC(A)), which has an ongoing requirement for Theater Engagement Instruction services. 1st SFC (A) is a major subordinate command within the U.S. Army Special Operations.
