Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. - Experience with capacity planning, automation, or supply chain. - Experience with rapid feature development and refinement over time. - Ability to succeed in a changing environment and be adaptable to evolving responsibilities and priorities.
